Terms of Service — ZagosaSocial Platform AgreementThese Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ZagosaSocial platform, operated by Zagosa Ltd (company number registered in England and Wales). By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. ZagosaSocial provides an AI-powered content automation service that includes topic discovery, content generation, SEO optimisation, image generation, and multi-platform social media publishing. The service is provided on a subscription basis with plans billed monthly or annually. Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial period. You are responsible for all content generated and published through your account. While ZagosaSocial uses AI to create content suggestions and drafts, you remain responsible for reviewing content before publication, ensuring it is accurate, compliant with applicable laws, and appropriate for your audience. You must not use the platform to generate content that is defamatory, misleading, unlawful, or in breach of third-party intellectual property rights. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Zagosa Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in abuse of the service, or fail to pay subscription fees. Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
